Is anyone watching CPAC? I try not to keep any hopes that republicans will unite and rally around actually standing up for our values and take effective action, but at least it's good to hear so many speakers unafraid of supporting the MAGA movement in general, denounce the SCOTUS for burying their hand in the sand re: voter fraud, and not waver and fall to the soft "moderate" establishment swamp republicans. Maybe there is hope.

I have watched a little bit. Mostly from clips on Parler. Will check it out more this weekend. A Ted Cruz clip I saw today encouraged Republicans to “use their platform” to speak up as proud conservatives whenever possible. I think that’s something many of us often have a problem with. I would personally like to see this change (and especially with myself).
I am looking forward to Trump's address tomorrow. It'll be the first time since the election that he will be out in front of people. I think it's going to be electric.

Trump did not disappoint!
I haven't watched it but hear good things...will watch it today.
It's funny, Biden is actually doing so poorly on so many fronts, but most people will not hear these things watching their partisan news sources. When gas gets to $3.50 the conservative message may start to get through. It was great to hear someone speak coherently, unlike our current 'president' ! Hopefully people will find out what's in the Covid stimulus bill and the 'equality' bill and start to regret their choices.

Gosh. I would hope so too. But it seems like so many people have lost all common sense. They’re so obsessed with their causes and pandering to their groups that they are willing to completely ignore the facts. Or, worse yet, just make up new ones. I’ve never seen anything like this. It’s like they’ve created their own alternate reality in order to justify their beliefs.
The alternate reality does seem to be a real thing. However, even though the Biden admin has such a low bar for them to be seen as successful due to the alternate reality, at least the press are starting to call them out on some of their failures and outright lies. Even though the press loves Biden, if he is a train-wreck even they can't ignore it. Anyone that has a daughter will think the Equality act is atrocious. Anyone that drives a car will be be pissed sooner or later. Anyone that has kids in school also will be mad at them still being closed, just to pander to the teachers. Just wait til the tax raises come in, there will be buyer's remorse I'm sure. About the only thing anyone can really like about Biden is that he's not Trump.
